I could not have had a better experience with Julia Bayci and David Quinones, who partnered together to sell an old family property for my parents. They were extremely knowledgable and responsive, and I so appreciated their patience in guiding us through the whole process end to end. Would highly recommend to anyone in the market to buy or sell!

We had an estate sale of a co-op in North Jersey. Estate sale and co-op already provide challenges most realtors would not chase after. After my SIL checked out due to time constraints, I worked with Dave's team to get the property sold. After a couple of conversations, I felt that we aligned well on aggressiveness and anticipation of what I was looking for. By the end of the deal, Julia and I were in sync when addressing issues with the buyer, the co-op board or other participants in the deal. Long story short, I would and will refer to Julia/David any one who I know needs help with real estate in that area. I would also confidently use them again.

David and Julia took care of everything while we relocated to South Carolina. They put our mind at ease. We were not worried leaving everything in there caring capable hands, making the process as easy as possible. Would highly recommend them.
