David and his associate Julia Bayci helped us to sell the house. They did not exaggerate the selling price and took their time to ensure it is listed correctly form legal point of view. This house we orinally tried to list as 6 bedrooms but they checked with township and it was regitered as 4 bedrooms. Two additionals were unofficially converted from extra basement space. Two days before closng, some damage occured due to the storm, they had contacts with constrution compnaies and manged to fixed the problem within two days! Practically imposible to find workers with such short notice during this Covid situation.

Julia's help was monumental when we were going through a difficult time selling our house back when the recession hit the housing market! She was professional and completely efficient and very empathetic to our situation! Only the best!

We had an estate sale of a co-op in North Jersey. Estate sale and co-op already provide challenges most realtors would not chase after. After my SIL checked out due to time constraints, I worked with Dave's team to get the property sold. After a couple of conversations, I felt that we aligned well on aggressiveness and anticipation of what I was looking for. By the end of the deal, Julia and I were in sync when addressing issues with the buyer, the co-op board or other participants in the deal. Long story short, I would and will refer to Julia/David any one who I know needs help with real estate in that area. I would also confidently use them again.

When other agents low-balled what we could expect for a selling price, David and Julia saw the true value of our home and despite it being an older home with smaller rooms and a "unique" backyard, saw its true value and received multiple offers above what others had recommended. Acting as a listing agent, that manages multiple bank owned properties, he never responded to my (buyers) agents phone calls or e-mails. Had to wait multiple days for response, and contact management above his level to get results. We Couldn't get into homes to view them, that were listed for sale by him. When Mr. Quinones did respond to any of our multiple requests, it was a lazy and inadequate response. I would not recommended him as a listing agent, and couldn't imagine using him as a buyers agent since he could care less about selling homes.

Buyer Beware of this guy! Completely unprofessional and unreliable! Doesn’t return phone calls or emails! Look elsewhere for a realtor!!!!
